Orders & Downloads
How do I receive my files after purchase?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files through your order confirmation page.
I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll resend it immediately.
How long do I have to download my files?
Your download link is available for 30 days after purchase and allows up to 5 downloads. If you need more time, just contact us.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. All MaygaStore products are digital downloads only. Nothing physical will be shipped.
Printing
What format are the files?
All files are high-resolution PDFs at 300 DPI — the standard for crisp, professional-quality printing.
What paper size should I use?
Most products include both US Letter (8.5"×11") and A4 versions.
Can I print at a local print shop?
Absolutely. Just bring your PDF on a USB drive or email it to the shop. Staples, FedEx/Kinko's, and similar stores all work great.
Usage & Licensing
Can I share or resell the files?
No. All products are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim the designs as your own.
Can I use these for classroom or group activities?
Yes — you may print copies for personal classroom or household use. For commercial use, please contact us first.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If there is a technical issue, contact us and we will fix it or offer a replacement. See our full Refund Policy for details.
